Food Product Returns Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

 

Exchanges We accept exchanges on unopened items in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery, provided they have not been tampered with and are in resalable condition. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@tinnedfins.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tinnedfins.com with :

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded :

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

 

Exchange Shipping Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect, in which case Tinned Fins will cover the shipping.
