Casa Santona
From the Cantabrian coast of northern Spain, Casa Santoña takes its name from the fishing village of Santoña — the undisputed capital of the anchovy world. Using only hand-selected anchovies caught in the Bay of Biscay, each fillet is salt-cured for months before being hand-packed in premium olive oil. The result is a product of extraordinary depth and umami richness, true to centuries of Cantabrian tradition.
